MORryde SRE 4000

Talked with my dealer about the MORryde SRE 4000 suspension upgrade and they would need to get back with me. I called MORryde directly and Jennifer in sales said they could do it right @ MORryde which is only 50 miles from where the unit is stored and could get me in quite soon. She even quoted the price. She sent me a email with the spec info I needed so I need to go to storage and take some measurements. Looks like I'm going to get it done. Lots of positive reviews on upgrading.

You will be happy with the MoRyde system. We have a similar system in the Equa-Flex system. Bronze bushings instead of the cheap plastic bushings that wear out prematurely.

Thanks. This is the final chassis upgrade. We did the better tires, disc brakes, and MoRyde rubber pin box, which made a huge difference. Now the suspension should give us a nice ride and add longevity and safety.

Well I decided I wanted to put the cover on that I should have a week ago. So I thought I would get the snow off of it and then let the warmer 2 days of weather dry it off. So as Paul Harvey would say...now you know the rest of the story.

TMPS suggestions

I am also considering adding TMPS to the RV. Any suggestions and with experience? Thanks.

Last Weekend in -15 C temps emptied out our 2 year old Fifth Wheel. Dealer paid us more that we paid new 2 years ago. We bought a new Fifth Wheel we take delivery end of the month. More good times ahead this summer!

Ok thanks, but I have 3 on the roof now they are black . They cover the remote control fan vents in bathroom, front bedroom, and kitchen. But the vent in the rear seating area is not a remote fan , just a crank open vent . I cant understand why they didn't put a cover on this one . And not sure if it will look good on the rear.

I've heard good things about TST (I have it) and EEZTire (friends have it). Links for them are here.

Thanks. Will be checking these out. I have seen some that are setup with an app on your phone. Any ideas?

No clue and never looked at it. For me, I put my phone out of sight when I'm driving. The monitors for the TPMSs that I've seen aren't obtrusive and have decent screens on them.

TMPS questions

OK. I looked at the EEZ RV set up which looks good. Question. What's the difference between to $300 setup and the $60 setup that Amazon list?

Stick with the MaxAir. I had both and replaced the Camcorder with the MaxAir. They are worth a few extra dollars. They are much more sturdy.

X3 - I had the Camco on old TT. MaxAire on the new 5th. MaxAires have screens that keep the wasps out and from building nests inside both vent covers. The Camco didn't and was constantly fighting the wasps.
