I'll soon know how they preform when I head out on our 6 week trip.

I will be installing my TPMS and using my infrared thermometer to check for any tire and brake overheating... (I've had a caliper on my truck freeze up before).. it is very handy item to have on a walk around check.

Just finishing up the de winterizing chores while parked in FL for the next 2 weeks. Had the rig washed today by a guy who I met washing the rig next door. He washed both the roof and unit along with waxing. Looks great and money well spent and I didn't have to do it

Took down the shade screen and closed the awning (it's been out since early Oct) - getting ready to have the 5'er washed and waxed before we head north for the summer - the AZ summer sun is brutal. Also used Orange Glow on all the oak cabinetry.

Was last weekend already, but sold our 2005 Fleetwood Orbit 280BH to a young family! It had no slides and was already 14 yrs old, so we priced it to sell. Their oldest is 7yrs and in 4H so they need a home-away-from-home for show weekends. Their kids will fit perfectly in the bunks for awhile.

PDI on our Silverback 35k at the end of April. Delivery will be delayed until our permanent site is ready for occupancy (ETA June 1st but could be sooner or later). The RV dealer will be hauling it straight to the campground. The trailer is just at the limit (or even over) for our Ram 2500 and we don't have a 5er hitch (just gooseneck). So, their fee is quite reasonable when you factor in a new hitch for one-time use and potential for truck problems.

I'm getting antsy for planning the site layout and getting our summer life started

I called to look at getting ours out of winter storage but they said there is still too much snow in the yard. Perhaps next month... NOOOOOOO !

so I'm off to Ohio to buy a new compact trailer Easter weekend.
come Hell or high snow banks I'm going camping before May.

PS: that's 15 feet of snow beside the car.

We will and we were here in 2006 before camper, we stayed at Mayberry Motor Lodge and they have a Aunt B room you can view through the window and glass door, pretty neat back then. We want to see Pilot Mountain since we missed it last time

Picking up loose cans I put in out side kitchen fridge when i got to the campsite, at least some were ok to drink without the fizz while I picked up about a 12 pack, lesson learned do not take them out of their boxes.

I guess I will be installing a couple of velcro straps when I get home from this trip.

At least the New Belgium Fat Tire was still in its shipping box.

I think I still enjoy cooler vs fridge for the Beer just a tad colder.

Temperature gauge is in the fridge range. But just not cold enough

I have enjoyed not lugging the cooler

Got a brilliant idea, and then promptly proceeded to kill my mini-fridge in the outdoor kitchen.

Killed it. Dead.
