Easy to forget. The shut off valve has to be activated to connect or disconnect the propane hose to the stove. Easy to plug in but forget to turn it on. When it's turned to the on position you cannot remove the hose. Safety feature.

Finally got around to mounting our 2nd set of awning poles on the patio awning.

I had only mounted the set on the main awning thinking we wouldn't use the patio awning much. I was wrong. We use it a lot so it was time.Click image for larger version

The quick connect is mounted under a living room slideout over the wheels and on the backside of the fender so it’s a bit difficult to access. The fitting is mounted with the lever tight against the fender.

That's a smart place for it.[emoji102]

Thought I was doing good going from a 5 micron water filter to a .5 micron filter... Now the water flow is to low, shower not good at all. I will have to go get a new 5 micron. lesson learned, better is not always better.

Personally, don't understand why people filter all the water going into the RV. Why not just filter the water you are going to drink?

I filter the water coming in to keep the sand out of the tank and pump. Well water can contain allot of stuff.

Changed out all the lug nuts for 1 piece ones. Including the ones holding the spare.

My 0.5 micron filter doesn’t negatively affect water pressure.

...because I don’t want any bad water contaminating my water system. After what happened in Walkerton, ON, I don’t necessarily trust someone else’s well water and I’m willing to buy better filters. I only need 1 filter for an entire camping season but I’d still buy the better filter if I was full-timing.

It’s a personal choice.

I added 2 120 mm fans to my outside refrigerator vent with a switch to help in this Louisiana heat. I also hard wired the range extender for my TPMS.

We’ve always disliked the way the dinette was. Not really comfortable for a family of four. Decided it probably wouldn’t be too hard to upgrade. 20 minutes to remove the rear bench, a quick IKEA trip, and 15 min to build the new table. Tested it this weekend and so much more comfortable. We can actually eat family style when we eat inside.

Nice looking install. Bet the table is a lot more stable, too! Makes cleaning under a lot easier.

Going to mount one outside somewhere too, just gotta figure out where. wanted to do the frame, but it's tucked way under there. Maybe the side of the grill? the support for the little table by the grill? The propane cover? I'm not sure......

I mounted mine to the ladder on back which just happens to be close to my entry door.
