Added some tapered baskets from WalMart office supplies. I cut off the short end lip to push them further to the rounded TT front. Added a couple screws and bungees to retain them.
Popped out the front bench end and placed the panel half way back in the storage area. Now our shoes will be out of the way.

Changed out the Thetford Aqua Magic V hand flush to the Thetford Redidence foot flush. I hated my face getting that close to flush. The new deep bowl home sized is so much better.

Today we cleaned the windows, as the hard water here leaves spots. I also rebuilt my water pressure regulator, as it was no longer limiting the pressure as set. Note the ring worn in the seating surface.

Wiped all the pine needles and stuff off it after a surprise hail storm with hail in the 1/2 to 1 inch size. I was glad to see that it didn't do any damage in the short interval before I could back it back into the shop.

What did you do to your camper today?
Also since our warranty claim was approved, I took my Progressive Industries EMS PT-50X apart to see how much water was in it. Rainstorm was a week ago yesterday, and when I opened the unit today I would estimate about 2 tablespoons still in there. Allegedly the jam nut on top isn’t torqued correctly from factory? Certainly looks like the cable moved from its original position (note drag marks)

Replaced the sewer vent pipe cover that blew off. Installed a Camco vent cover on my Fantastic Vent.

The same happened to mine 4 years ago. I had only used it 3 times. I plugged it in when we got to a new location and heard a pop and saw a wiff of smoke come out of it. Opened it up a water dripped out. Called Progressive and they said send it in and we'll take care of it. They sent a new one within a week.
Now, I use a plastic umbrella bag (Publix has the larger ones right at the entry door). Just insert the plug into the bag to the end and push the prongs through and plug into the pedestal. It'e like a dress for the EMS.

its not what I did to my trailer today but what I did for my sanity today.
sent another email off to Rockwood regarding the poor workmanship in the GEOPRO line.
19 Geopro 19FD
Antenna for the radio auto rotates as the screws for the base and the antenna were over tightened (new one is awaiting my cast to come off the foot before I repair it myself) , drawer under the bench fell apart. no glue and the bottom continued to drop so my PTSD from military service kicked in and removed it so it could be built properly. there were 2 screws in the tracks for opening. one on each side. now there are 3 per side in the track as well as 3 screws in the box framing front and back on both sides along with reinforcement and construction adhesive in the bottom of the drawer to hold the unit together. .
Awning continues to be a problem as is jams on extension and the cabinet door in the bathroom which has a plastic white bow tie like clip in behind it which is literally being held by that clip which will not permit regluing. . note the over gluing of the joints from the factory. This will be our third and final FR product EVER because no one seems to want to address the issues and when I send off another matter its like they have never seen an email from us before. Mid April 2019 purchase.

Dropped off the rig for service:
#1- replumb the washer/dryer from a black tank to a gray tank
#2- find out why the rear black tank fills prematurely
#3- find out why the freezer doesn’t get cold enough and makes too much condensation
#4- fix the master bedroom’s A/C, the inside temp never reads close to correct
#5- if time allows, fix some trim in the rear corner where I caught it on a water spigot last year
We’ll see how they do. They have until Friday.
The good news is, for #1 & #2- they have to drop the underbelly. This means they’ll get rid of those damned shot-in fasteners and replace with self-rappers. This’ll make a wiring upgrade project easier on me!

Condensation has to be from moisture inside.....usually air leak at door seals.

Hey dad
When I put a dimmer in the front stateroom, I found that the sensor under the little screen next to the switch was not fastened and had fallen a couple of feet down inside the wall. Pulled it back up and secured it and front a/c started behaving. We are defrosting freezer at least every 3 weeks in Idaho with 30% humidity, and there is no problem with seal. Let me know what you find out.

X2 in south Texas. I defrosted early this year and now full of ice. Seal around appears to be fine. Only 3 years old.

Installed a Hard Start Capacitor as the new Genny arrives tomorrow.
Gave it a wash and wax.
Ordered new metal table pole holders to replace the cracked plastic holders.
Mounted the six inch pvc post cover for the sewer hose. I love this mod!
Getting her packed up to leave for Airventure this weekend.

Picked up my camper today. Total done: just about nothing.
They tested the fridge empty and it gets down to temp.
(sarcasm) hooray.

WOW..........Thats got to be disappointing. I have dealers making me promises on turn around time that I know they can not meet, and have no real intention of meeting. I am only in mine 4-6 months at a time. I can't imagine being a liveaboard and having to trust the scheduling. Hope some of it works better.

Not exactly the "camper" but sanded down the EZE-Tow dolly and painted it (kind of an annual thing) and order new 12 inch wheels and tires to replace the 10 inch it came with. That will make a huge difference in the number of tire revolutions per mile, reducing it by about 30 revs per mile. (sarcasm) The dolly tires turn about 50% faster than the RV tires per mile. But for well under $200, for new wheels and tires, seemed a good buy as the old tires were getting a tad worn.

I sold my camper today!! I sold it to get into a class C (not a forest river). I really liked my 2104s. There are a few things that I feel were better in quality in my Rockwood trailer than in my new $70k motorhome that I will miss. The shower is better in my Rockwood as well as the kitchen sink and standard tv. I bought the Rockwood Mini lite because a thought it was a little better quality than some other brands and now I know it to be true. I'm not unhappy with my new purchase but Rockwood is certainly a step ahead of the rest. Good luck everyone.
