I would think a couple of grand, it going to depend on the shower size pan and if you can change the drain location, then you will have to have a surround installed and plumbing changed in the wall, then you might have to have a custom shower door made, I think it’s do able as long as it not a MH., but it could be many $$$$ to do all that, I would think any plumber or handyman could do the work, but I don’t think it will be cheap.

Our 2507S has no outlets above the kitchen counter. The only place to plug in the coffee pot is on the face of the base cabinet, below the electrical control panel. That's inconvenient.

I added one using a surface-mount outlet kit. I drilled a hole in the lauan plywood above the counter, drilled a matching one below the counter inside the cabinet, and dug out the styrofoam insulation the inside and outside walls. I fed a wire from the under-cabinet space to the hole in the wall above, where I mounted the box.

I used grommets on both holes to reduce the risk of cutting through the wire. It's not obvious but the one in the lower cabinet doesn't fit well, and that one goes through a thin sheet of metal. (I gather that it's in the wall for use in mounting the cabinets.) If the grommet comes loose, I'll glue it in place rather than disassemble the wiring to use a different type of guard.

I tapped into the 110VAC circuit by cutting the wire feeding the previously-mentioned outlet. I could have used a quick splice connector but cut the wires and used wire nuts.

I secured the wiring inside the cabinet using screw-down zip ties, because that's what I had on hand. I also didn't want to hammer on the cabinet frame, ruling out use of metal cable staples.

I thought the same thing about my FR Solera 24S. It didn't seem right that they would forget to put an outlet in the galley, but I vowed to correct this overisight and started collecting wiremold boxes and romex to fix the problem.

BTW, wirenuts are not approved for motor vehicle use as they do not tolerate vibration well. Get a crimp connector and test it with a good tug to make sure it's holding the wire tightly.

And now a warning: I bought a crimp connector kit from Harbor Freight and EVERY wire in the butt splices would pull out, no matter how hard I mashed them with the crimp tool. They may have used the wrong copper alloy or there is a problem with the interior of the barrel, but they would not grip the wire. This is not so serious if a load wire pulls out, but it's a serious problem if a hot wire pulls out and touches ground.

So this is a matter for the Consumer Products Safety Commission.

I'll look again. If there, and my wife didn't see it, I'll be annoyed. Even if so, though, the short cord on the Keurig might not reach that outlet.

You should also have put it in an electrical box; most connections like yours do not meet Code. You're playing with 110VAC here, not 12VDC.

If me, I would have installed an electrical box and a real duplex outlet. Then you could have wired both sets of wires to the outlet and not needed wire nuts.

I already have a junk box full of outlets and boxes. I chose not to use them. The lauan paneling it's mounted on is flimsy. I don't want to damage it when pushing and pulling the wires into the box. The connections are in a protected space but are easily visible and accessible.

I will replace the wire nuts with crimp connectors.

Ya know, the purpose of an electrical box is to contain the sparks in the event of a short preventing a fire.

It would be fairly easy to mount a box on top of a piece of 1/4" plywood to reinforce the Luan that is there now. It would be much safer. But then there is really nothing at stake but the lives of those in the camper should it catch fire.

Probably will be fine, I just HATE the word probably as it relates to my or my loved ones safety.

DH put in a new cargo door to make a true pass through. The door doesn't match the paint scheme, a couple of boo boo while cutting the aluminum siding and it got kinda crooked, but it is a pass through. I will not be able to help in the set up and tear down because the hoses and electrical will accessible on the side they are used on. I almost did not buy the trailer just because of that, but the salesman said it would not be much of an issue. Well it is if you are mobility impaired and have to carry those heavy item around the trailer.

I can tell you this much, I will never buy from him again. If there is a next purchase I know what to look for (from this forum) and probably will buy used. We had sucker stamped right across our foreheads and he took advantage of it as most Salesmen and women.

Replaced the tires (Westlakes) that were at least 5 years old which the previous owner never covered. Put on Goodyear Endurances.

Used the old "drive onto boards" method for changing the tires two at a time.

Prepping for a 2000 mile round trip that we leave on in a week.

Getting ready for a 2000 mile round trip starting next week. 10 or 11 nights out (we may extend a day), with 6 camp sites, so we figure it would be good to have a consistent set of steps to follow.

Took it to discount tire. Had 3 new tires installed had the very overpriced new spare put back. I would love to tell the world that after 4 years and 13k plus on tires it was their time. Even blaming a foreign country where tire was manufactured, caused my blowout, but I can’t. Truth be known if it hadn’t been for a man pointing to the tire I would have never known. Thus I don’t know the cause of the blowout.

I do know I am thankful that the tire store in the small town I entered was open and had a tire that fit. I really want to complain about the price $175 for a briway. However the tire shop had one customer and two technicians so I was on the road a little less than 45 minutes from time I pulled off road. Until I rehooked the truck and got on our way. Now how much quicker would it had been if I took impact gun or had the damaged spare fixed so I could just throw it one.

In the end no one was hurt, no damage to trailer and now I have good tires for next trip
