Just the molded on connector. Had to cut with hacksaw to save as much cable as possible. I verified color code matched that on new connector. (Yellow to center pin). $8.51 on Amazon

Had out first trip of the year this past weekend. I usually sanitize the water system before but had no time due to work considerations.

Today I put 1.5 cups of bleach and filled up the FW tank. After it sits overnight I will pump it into the water lines and let that sit overnight. Then I will drain completely and flush with fresh water.

Voila, done with that chore for another year.

Completed the second phase of sanitizing the water delivery system. I primed the pump and pumped the chlorine water throughout the system.

I also drained the tank of the chlorine water and added 15 gallons of fresh water.

Tomorrow I will purge the lines with that fresh water and will be good for another year.

Ordered a 17' x 8' Zippered Sunblocker from RV Awning in Tampa late Monday afternoon and got it here in Fort Myers Thursday. Put it on Saturday. Now looking for some additional lights to hang just below the zipper.

You will love the Blackstone. They're incredible. I have a 22" & a 36". Thinking about putting the 36 on the back deck at the house.

upgrades to my TT 2608ws

since i use my RV for hunting i had to have a rack.
the slide has a molding.over head.
the center pice of molding on the slide suports center from saging ? the fancy molding.
so i made the back of the gun rack so it has a step i will bolt in to the molding and make the center ridge again...

there is not one USB Port or a battery voltage so im installing 3 outlets with a meter in bed room and in the kitchen

Please post a review of your Sunblocker when you get a chance. I have something like that on my wish list. Could I ask what the 17’ x 8’ Sunblocker cost you?

I shoveled a path to the carport where I store my TT. Only 18" of snow on the ground Tomorrow night it is getting to -10 degrees so the snow is not going anywhere soon.

Too soon to really rate it yet well, as have only have had it on since this past Saturday. The website (https://www.rvawnings1.com/accessories.html) says it only blocks 85% of the sun as most others seem to state, though there are some that say they block up to 90%. DW thought it would block a little more sun, but I think it blocks about average and definitely is cooler (10-15 degrees) under the blocker than being out in direct sunlight. Very easy to put on as instructions were pretty self-explanatory. Had DW keep fabric up while I pulled it down the slot. It came with a traveling bag, 4 tent stakes and rope for the 4 grommets along the bottom. Also came with 9 hooks to add to the top of the bottom section for adding lights if you so desire. (DW used the hooks to hang some items to dry the she had washed by hand yesterday .)
Only by chance did I come by this company, as I was at CW looking at their 15' x 9' Sunblocker when a guy was placing one back (as he decided not to buy it) put me on to RV Awning and their prices.
At first while debating whether or not to buy this, I communicated with Mindy. She answered all my questions. When I was ready I left her a message and then Alaura contacted me. I was surprised that I got it a day earlier than expected, but was pleased I did.
Price for the 17' x 8' was based on their Tampa show price of $169, but with shipping and tax it came to $203.22.

Not the trailer, but got new tires on the truck. Ended up going with Michelin Agilis CrossClimate based on availability and a recommendation from the guy at Costco.

The OEM tires barely made it 11,000 miles that I then milked out to 25,000 miles. They were literally throwing chunks off of them. I probably should have pursued a warranty claim with Nexus but I didn't.

I got them last Thursday and have driven 250-300 miles or so on them. Truck rides 1000% better than it did before.

Wow, only 11K miles on truck tires. That's crazy. I just took the Michelins off my new truck, personal choice, and went with Coopers. Had them on the last truck and loved them. Hope the Michelins get their mileage as their known for.

Yeah, 11k miles. The dealership asked me if I towed or ran heavy to explain why the tires wore out so quick. I explained that yes, I tow 21k in a truck rated to pull 30k. She sort of shrugged and that was that. I pressed and got the number for the tire warranty but never followed-up on it.

Aren't you running a 3500 Ram dually? I would be asking a few more questions.
