We've been dealing with that for 2-1/2 months here in Central FL.

Nothing. Did nothing.

But I did go visit her in storage. We've a mild winter and a possible early spring so it was easy to get to her. The past few years I've stored the camper "up back" behind the barn and had mice problems. So, stored on a gravel area near a local campground. No mice issues. Nice little visit and grabbed a couple rolls of TP to bring home. The season cannot get here fast enough.

Don’t let it become known you have tp in there, the hoarders will be breaking in for sure!

I uncovered my tt yesterday and bought a little touch-up paint for some surface rust on the frame.

Inside all is good! No signs of critters.

Catastrophy today. We are driveway camping in our sons' driveway since Sunday. This morning, son comes out with the new 3 mo grandson all dressed in his best St. Paddy's day onsey. While grandma is oowing & awwing & me trying to have a nice sausage & egg breakfast, DIL looks out from the house and her & son notice water coming out from almost the entire underbelly!
So, after turning the water off, emptying the entire basement (we full time so, you can guess), sucking about 5 gallons of water out of the basement and taking the walls down, we found that the top water line from the water heater had just blown right off the fitting! No split line, no broken pex clamp...nothing. Fortunately, I have clamps & the pex clamp tool & was able to re-attach the line. We put 2 heavy duty floor fans in the basement & with the help of the Florida heat, I was able to put the basement back together 6 hours later before the typical afternoon Florida showers.

I replaced the old washer type bathtub diverter faucet with a new model with 1/4 turn cartridges and lever handles.

I wanted a more precise water flow for our Gen 1 Girard water heater to even out the temperature.

Simple sweet installation. Wildcat has a covered access hole in the ceiling of the right pass through.

Id say that was a Catastrophe Avoided by a sharp eyed DIL. It could have been MUCH worse!

Really. I thought on this forum that the first question always is “ what does the yellow sticker on the door say the ccc is”

Brought home the Coachmen Chaparral 336 TSIK Yesterday. Today we put bounce sheets in all the drawers and in the closet. Can't wait until it warms up enough to get out camping.
