Today finally took down the horrible valet hooks out of our closet and replaced it with a standard closet bar. Not much work but semi difficult considering the small space. Already love the ease of using the bar.

Installed strip leds in the basement, wired to a 3-way switch on each side of the basement. Finally got around to modding the built in short slinky hose storage tube. Copied cbvp's mod and it came out great. Then I fabbed a baffle at the top on my refer box to help air flow out the vent. Ordered a couple of pc fans to install later.

Had a Flyball tournament this weekend so we took the camper. I am ready to go on a trip where I am on vacation instead of being busy all weekend!
I did purchase a small metal three shelf storage rack and put it in the closet next to the fridge. Now actually have room for more stuff.

Did some improvements, tightened screws, repaired a truly crappy connection at the power awning. Stupid camper has an MSRP of $60K yet had wires chafing at the awning pass through and used cheap scotch locks to splice the wires for the awning motor. Repaired both.

Also, figured out my telescope will fit neatly in the basement.

Sunday- Drained all water. (Sunday prior I de-wintered it and sanitized the fresh water system and filled it.)

Yesterday- Drilled out and replaced a working rivet on the upper step, got the fridge running on propane (darn dirt daubbers).

Today- Cleaned the kitchen top to bottom and then worked my way to the bathroom. Was going to get water in the fresh tank, but it started snowing a bit today. The temps tomorrow was any better so I guess Thursday morning prior to hook up I will add some water.

I opened and checked the propane, then set the heater at 45*. After decent temps, tonight it's dropping below freezing by 3AM, 28* for a low, crossing freezing again after 9AM. So we're going to run the heater tonight and see how well the tanks and basement are heated.

Nice mods...one of the many selling features that caught my eye with our Sabre was wood steps...hard to find a camper without carpet steps...yuck!
