Added a light in the front storage bin, repositioned the battery so I can add three more batteries, neatened up some wiring, rearranged how I have things arranged in the bin.

Scoped out a place for the weather station probe to permenantly live.

Added a small weather station (Well, inside and out temp, baro, 14 day records and future forecast. $24 at Wally World.) used stainless safety wire to hang the outdoor probe to the guide rod for the slide electrical wire.

Fixed where a small wire was left hanging out from under a light.

Giving it an operational once over before taking it to meet some FROGs next weekend.

Joined the two separate 3" asb drain outlets. Used 1 3" sanitary T, 1 3" long rad 90*, 1 3" valve and about 2' of 3" ABS pipe. Got tired of using that d.... Y fitting and all that extra slinky. Now I have only one slinky to hook up and the connection is out to where I can get at it.

Bought two foam fire extinguishers to replace factory provided one. Now just have to find another bracket to mount one in storage area. Got the totes of firewood repacked for another quick trip next weekend.

Didn't need to. He went out to his shop today to finish the brushing of the poles and next thing I knew he popped in to ask if I wanted to watch him install one set!

He left the drill bits he needs at work (why??? I dunno cuz his job does NOT involve tools) so he didn't get the bottom brackets installed, but one set is "hung"!

He couldn't golf today...too wet! had a horrible storm last night...so he headed out to Lowe's this morning...the "harvester/gatherer" came back with a drill/hammer drill combo for the RV, a tool pouch for RV designated tools, a pop rivet gun (surprised he didn't already have one), etc. I think I heard the arh arh arhs before he even pulled into the driveway.

I knew better than to go. I *still* think all tool stores/departments should be required to have nice plush sofas...for the wives to rest on while the men spend HOURS drooling over this 'n that.

Fantastic, so did he finish the install? How do they look? As old FT Turbs says, "No pics, didn't happen."

LOL we'll do pics! He's got one set hung, but wants to drill the hole on the top brackets and put a second bolt in, which you said is optional, and drill the hole through the pole to secure them to the bottom brackets.

He'll probably finish them up tomorrow then we'll post pics.

The brushed finish looks awesome! It closely resembles the metal awning "roll" which shows when it's extended all the way.

He says to tell ya: it was dusky/dark when he finished hanging that set, so we'll post pics tomorrow.

SO proud of 'em, OC! I'll say it again; Ya done good!

Made a trip to the big RV store in Winchester, VA - got some ideas and compared some prices. Picked up a set of small convex mirrors I've been looking for since last year.

2 weeks until the Flagstaff comes out of hibernation.

He plans to finish it up this evening OC. He just got back from what *he* says was "the worst ...by far... 18 holes of golf he's ever played!".

I'm thinkin' that's what he gets for putting new shafts in his clubs before he installed the awning poles.

Oh, and trust me, I don't go by old turbs' rules.

I'll post the pics for your benefit, and because we're *so* proud of 'em!

Pulled off the tire covers and topped off the air (65PSI) and checked the date codes on the tires.

They are 14 months old.

Sitting at Fort Wilderness, I installed a new battery in one of my TPMS sensors. Was dead before I left, but was unable to find a battery for it. Thought it was a common size, but I guess not. If you have the TST 507 system, pick up a couple CR1632 batteries when you find them. Walmart carries them, but are usually sold out, as the 3 stores I went to carried them but were sold out.
