I removed the expired temp plate from Ohio, and attached my new Texas plate.

Got back from four nights at Lake whitney, not too far only about 40 miles but still a nice getaway. The slide that I repaired worked flawlessly as did the other two. The new 4 point level system is a joy to use. Got some rain while we were there and plenty more on the trip home this morning. We'll clean up the RV before taking it back to storage tomorrow. No internet at the coe campgrounds, went through a bit of withdrawals from not reading the forums. Had 35 - 40 mph winds one night, OC's brackets and the painter polls did a fantastic job. Loved being able to leave the awnings open in the rain for the dogs to be able to take care of there business.

You need to train them better than that. Teach them to conduct business under the neighbors awning!

Removed furnace vents and vacuumed the duct work. Why now? Because I saw where "stuff" was laying there and it looked bad! Also got ready for our next trek in the morning.

We carry a huge golf umbrella in the RV for that purpose. Fred has very long hair, and him gettin' wet "doin' his business" then coming back inside ain't happenin'!

Sure, his paws get wet, but there's an old hand towel that fixes that.

Maybe I can get him some of those doggie rain boots, but he'd probably act like a cat when you put tape on their paws. Not that *I* have ever done that.

We have a Yorkie and a Boxer. The Yorkie hates being wet, even a raindrop on him drives him nuts. Funny when DW gives him a bath, shakes like crazy when we take him to the groomer. The Boxer couldn't care less, very short fur and dries quickly. The Boxer is the one that had eye surgery 10 days ago. Old towels are kept just for muddy paws, don't think I could keep doggie boots on either one. They are both 11 yrs old.

Well, Mardy welded up Weezer's all aluminum ladder mount for her satellite antenna and I cleaned it up and bead blasted it. Will put it on a shelf until she comes and picks it up.

Just got done cleaning the roof with some Dicor rubber roof cleaner. Worked beautifully. Now on to a wash/wax combo.

Loaded up and headed to the lake for the weekend!

Left my new Andersens at home, darn it.

What did you do to your camper today?

The inlaws came down for a weekend of "get crap done to the camper".

First we installed a central vac.

Then he scraped caulk off of the shower doors.

Then he fixed up on of our over-the-door towel racks that made the door hard to close.

Then I installed one of my 2 storage shelves into the basement storage hatch. Sadly, I could have measure better- the top one was too big to be useful and the bottom is bigger than needed.

He cut back the pin box shroud because it rubbed my Retrax Pro rails on sharp turns.

We installed a broom/Swiffer hanger in the 1/2-bath.

After hauling my sewer tubes around in the bed of my truck for a full season, we installed them under the camper.

Tomorrow are awning lights and a/c duct checking/sealing. I may even get nutty and cut down OldCoot's pole and hang them.

Wife and I decided against building a crib for the one bunk, fortunately! We're just going to live with the pack-and-play on the floor since this is its last season anyway.

I'm sure you could probably sell them and be rid of the problem.

Heck no- I love them thangs! Even if I don't mount them, the extra effort to pull them from the bumper is minuscule to the benefit that they provide.

Had a man wash the camper while we went to granddaughter's graduation. When we got back he said he had hand washed it twice and some black streaks were still faintly visible and he was not happy. He then used the Scotchgard Marine Liquid Wax and after 2 hrs came in the garage just grinning. Hey Bossman, it looks great, black streaks gone, smooth as silk and I can see myself in it. Ask him what he charged. $100 total. Both of us happy campers. Will have him do it again before we go to FL. Super nice man.

Found out it may need to get used next weekend, so I gave it the regular preliminary checks. Oh, changed the bulb over the stove. Now I can see what I'm burning!

YEAHH! Mine, I'm tellin' ya! Don't you let some other scoundrel come by to visit and scarf up my specially-built-just-for-me OC (and Mardy) original satellite mount!

BTW, he's already made the pin box satellite mount, and shipped it to us. It's sitting on the dining room table presently, waiting for DH to make the base plate.

Been giving some serious thought to having Buffy waxed while she's in for TLC at the dealer/service center. Sounds like a BIG job.
