Permanently mounted scissor jacks just ahead of my axles.
They took much more of the bounce out than the factory one's did, and are much more heavy duty.

It's a slightly modified OC design.

opened it up and started spring cleaning. Hopefully in 2 weeks we can take it out for the weekend. Toby was happy to be back in it!

Woke up in it for the first time this season 😃 . Local trip and only have 20 amp service that kept tripping because of the heater, nasty t-storm most of the night but I'll still take it.

In anticipation of our upcoming trip that will last more than our typical one week, we replaced the oem mattress. Seems very comfy but only time will tell

Upgraded our current Magnadyne Linear 4000 dvd/cd player with their 5090 version. The volume can play much louder and the dvd player appears to function better too.

Still need to figure out how to make the aux and ipod connections work but that will be a project for another day.

Awning led lights came today and are installed. One last project is to get someone to remove the carpet in the bedroom and replace it with a better quality carpet and a pad. (Per TOWTA's request (orders)).

Removed most of the stickers that FR put all over the outside near the entry. Also on the wheels, and a couple in the shower. Boy does FR like stickers!

Ordered new tempered glass to replace the privacy glass in the entry door. Will tint the glass when I get it.

Got the propane filled. And measured for the 2 new 6v batteries.

This is on my list as well. Where did you order yours from? Price? I don't know how these prices compare to what you bought, but these guys have them already tinted...about $110 shipped for the glass only tinted version.

Went to the lot to prep for an upcoming trip and found a tire low. When I went to fill it with my portable compressor, the edge of the valve stem started leaking. So it's at Big O getting a new stem (I will check the others, too) bummer, I wanted to get the TPMS set up...and my spare doesn't match at all and is a different brand (It's a Westlake )up.

Ordered new Goodyear Marathons, metal valve stems, and bearing repack and inspection. I drop it off a week from this Tuesday and will pick it up by Friday.

Just re-inserted the batteries after keeping them in the house over winter. Now keeping an eye on the weather forecast for the next couple of weeks. If it looks like it will stay above -5oC over night for the next couple of weeks we can take her out for the local de-winterizing trip next weekend.

Keep an eye on those scissor jacks. I have a setup similar on mine. On a recent trip, one of them "somehow" cranked itself down during transit. Didn't know it until it dragged on a gas station entrance. Bent the long threaded bolt(don't know the proper term) a little. It still works but not as smooth going up/down as it did before. I now tie them up with a bungee cord when traveling.

That's similar to the one we have. Only ours is 13" thick! You just about need a step stool to get in bed. Boy does it sleep good though! I got ours from WM.com.

They have to be "Bottomed out" in the stow position to prevent that from happening.

BTW, you can take them apart and straighten the Acme threaded rod, or you can actually straighten them without disassembly if you have a good size pry bar (carpenters crow bar)

I claim to have had them bottomed out but it still worked it's way down. About a year ago, during a stop and walk around, I noticed it had come down a little and I tightened it up. Never filed that thought in the back of my mind until this happened.

As far as taking it apart and straightening, I'll do that "one day" when I "have to", or when I have to take it off to get to something else.
