Not actually worked out all the details yet, but starting to plan more for an 8000+ mile, 7 week, trip next summer. (Short summary is FL to Montana, up to Banff, back down through much of California and then back to FL, with many stops and detours along the way)

I signed the paperwork to give it a new home. We are moving from the permanent site at our current CG to another permanent site at a different CG 3 miles away.

We also are planing an extended trip around mid to late summer next year. Leaving Texas headed to the Rockies again for a couple of weeks then up to Mt. Rushmore with stops along the way and a couple of weeks in S Dakota. On to see Daughter in Minn. from there to the big falls of Niagara. From there hopping to catch the foliage change in northern Maine and follow it down as far as the change can be seen, have lots of family in Ct. On down to Stewart Florida to visit family for a spell followed by a slow southern trip back to Texas. Thinking three maybe four months out.

Washed, noticed the lights blinking in the Bauers keyless entry. Took it off, no sealer. Cleaned it up, sealed it, replaced it!
Hope this'll cut down on battery replacement!!!

Nice, wish I could afford longer than 7 weeks, but that's pushing the limit for us, and it'll be a long time before I can manage a trip that long again. Most of our trips will be limited to a couple of weeks max, and in the SE or at least on east coast.
Guess I just need to find a way to retire early

We're from St. Louis, and it's not as bad as you let on. Yes, there's road work, but about average to most major cites and interstate highways here in the mid-west. Also, you just might get a glimpse of the home of our beloved St. Louis Cardinals and next World Champions!

Just arrived in St Louis for Cards and Cubs tonight and tomorrow....this is a quick trip so we didn't bring the RV.....hoping those Cards will forget yesterday's game and get back on the winning track tonight.

My trailer would disagree with you! The transition from bridges to solid backed highways was what I was referring to.

Took everything out of the bay, vacuumed it out and reorganized. New Gamecocks tailgating pop up tent loaded, 50" flat screen loaded, sound bar and sub woofer loaded, and new banner installed on ladder! Ready to roll out for the first home game!

Drive is 39 ft long. Trailer is 31 ft 10 inches. Lots of width with the slides out. When we buy a new fiver some day I need to change the garage doors to ones that don't swing out so I can back right to it.
