What do I do now?
I was planning to dewinterize my TT this weekend. Yesterday it was a nice warm day, I opened up the TT to get some air. Well when I wasn't looking my 10 year decided to go in and use the potty, #2...
Not sure what to do, dewinterize first? [emoji15]

I am not sure I understand the issue. Flush the toilet. Having pink (antifreeze) in the black water is not an issue. Correct me if I am wrong.

Dewinterize now or use some water in a bucket and flush. If you were going to Dewinterize now you don't expECT freezing, so it won't be a problem.

Yea fill the blank tank up with water and try and flush it out. When your done put about 5 or so gallons of water back in black tank and leave it in there
My blank tank is never dry we always keep at least 5 gallons in it even when not using RV.

I didn't know if I should drain the pipes of antifreeze first, or hook up the city water and then fill the toliet...
And I don't have ready access to a dump station...

MO... Flush, de-winterize and camp on. A few gallons in the black tank will never be noticed.

Just Dewinterize and put some extra water in the black tank, maybe 3 gallons.

I would also put some black tank liquid treatment into the tank along with water. It will help break down the poop and control the odor.

When we head south during the winter we have been occasionally forced to use the can prior to de-winterizing. Just dump a bucket of water in to flush the john. Once far enough south to de-winterize, just dump as usual.

Rob, you're getting ready to dewinterize... What were you planning to do with the anti freeze? You're going to dump it, along with fresh water to flush the antifreeze out of your system into a dump station. You can't just dump the anti freeze on the ground and your 10 year old just added a slight addition also requiring a dump station...
Dump as usual and put about 3 gals in the toilet black tank to keep everything wet. I also add about 5 gallons to the fresh water tank to use if I use the toilet on the road to the campground. Nice at times to have a port-a-potty...saves having to find a rest stop.

I got a better one for ya !!!
A few years back I was working as a Service Manager @ a Manufactured Home Dealership,,, one morning one of the ladys that cleaned our models each week came to me and ask me to look @ what she had found,,, some A hole had taken a dump in one of the toilets,,, Models Homes are wired so they have ele, but the plumbing is not hooked up !!! I pored enough water & some bleach in the stool to get it to flush,,, then I shrink wrapped the H out of every toilet seat on the lot,,, about 25 or so toilets !!!
I left that dealer ship before that model sold,,, so I have no idea what ever happened to that dump job,,, I am guessing some plumber had a really shock some day !!!

I'd dewinterize BUT first fill the tank up with water. Don't forget to put some black tank treatment in there. It will break down the waste that your child added to the mix. Let it sit overnight to, then flush. No big deal, after all - someone was bound to hit the head sooner or later!

Just Dewinterize and use the unit. Put a couple gallons in the black tank and go camping. That little bit won't hurt anything and dump before you go home.
