Starcraft is a separate manufacturer from Forest River so you are unlikely to find many posters here that are familiar with your specific RV. Although the winterizing process is pretty similar for most RVs.

I would suggest looking through the posts here as they provide quite a bit of info.

For Forest River campers, their video recommends blowing out through the city water port (if there is no 'winterizing' port) with compressed air at 30psi.
You have to first empty the fresh water tank, open the low point drains and open the faucets. After you blow it out, it's best to put rv antifreeze into the sink traps.

Even though you have an rv from another manufacturer, you are welcome in this forum.
