Might check Honeywell systems. I have a temp and water sensor connected to my home security system. If these sensors go off, they do not alert the police, they text me. Temp sensor is to make sure house does not freeze up if furnace goes out. Might have some for refrigerators and freezers; not sure. Temp is in case furnace goes out in the middle of winter.
I believe they offer security cameras. Not sure, mine are not part of the home security system. Stand alone.
And the connection to the monitoring network is via cell phone; no wires to worry about being cut like for internet monitoring (or hard line phone).
