Why would anybody have a propane heater running while they are driving??

Maybe there new vehicle pdi from there dealer was less then satisfactory and they didnt know any different.
Or they bought from a wholesaler whom had a delivery guy just "drop" it off and say...... "here you go"!

It's not uncommon to drive a motor coach with the furnace on.
