Unbeliveable

From last fall, since I'm a recent member of this site, having sold my Jayco and purchasing a FR TT and am now a proud member of forum, thought I share this with the group.

Anyway came across this abomination after work, heard it mile back before I seen it. Tried to flag the passenger but she had her nose in the air.

I saw that dolly on the side for the road somewhere this week... or if not that one, one just like it.

That's the new tireless rim. TPMS not necessary.

Just remember, you can't fix stupid. You tried to tell them. I guess I would call 911 and report them before something happens that gets someone hurt.

That’s the true meaning of “run flat” tires.

One year on our way to Florida we passed an old motor home pulling a pick up.

The driver had forgotten to turn the trucks handbrake off. He was tearing the rear tires off.

We tried for a mile to get him to stop.

He must of thought we were weird to wave at him. He ignored us.

Then turned right, ditching us in the left lane. I would have thought he could see the smoke.

I was working in an independent shop back in 1983 and we had a customer come in with his motorhome towing a VW Baja. He was a regular and we had worked on several of his vehicles plus the MH many times. We could see a back of the Baja covered in oil.

He had a ranch out in the desert and would take the MH out there and use the generator to run a water pump to pump water for the cattle and then run around the rest of the place in the Baja checking cattle.

He had hooked the Baja back up to the MH but left it in 1st gear when he f]left to come back to town. Scattered that Vdub motor bad. He wanted us to fix it before his wife found out. We asked him why not take it to the guy who does all the Vdub work in town. He said I can trust you guys but that loudmouth SOB will tell it all over town.

It was a pretty easy job to order in a built long block and transfer everything over. I don't think his wife ever figured it out. He had the money to bury it under ranch stuff he told us.
