1st camper vs sleeping on rocks

My name is Jarrod and ive got a camping problem

This is the first camper I've ever had i had always prided myself in roughing it but back pain has overcome my pride ( cheap nature) I purchased a flagstsff se 23, its a pop up with small platform for atv or gear up front. We purchased this at the start of covid and have only made one trip due to the world wanting to be shut down and my luck of breaking my leg and having spinal surgery in the months following my purchase. My kids and I are so eager to go back out we spent a few nights out on the front lawn ( 12 acres in the country) im not sure how much information to share in this intervention but its too late for me im choosing this lifestyle and don't want to go back

Be careful as that was how we started our camping venture and we just kept getting larger units.

I am in the same position... I have been a lifetime tent camper but I bought a 1965 Scotty Sportsman 8 years ago with the intention of camping the following weekend. Well, eight years later I am also finished renovating it and ready to take it out camping for the first time... But eight years later I now have a 5 year old, and dogs and the Scotty is too small.... So I just ordered my Geo Pro 20bhs and there is no turning back now... btw.. anyone want to buy a Scotty :-)
