2018 HW27SC First Timers

Just purchased a used PUP. While this our first ownership of an RV, itís not our fist time using them. I learned a lot of things on this first purchase and wish I could do things over again, but alas Iím in it now! I had to make a 7 hour round trip adventure to get it. Pictures looked better on the website than at the dealer. I felt more committed than I should have felt so I didnít go back to the negotiating board after see some concerns about the vinyl (little holes where sun light came through). My biggest regret was not making a bigger deal about it than I did, as I fear I will be dealing with it in the spring when all my leverage is gone. Oh well. Despite the frustration, we are excited about having one of our own. My next step is to find a cover in case this thing doesnít fit in my garage, haha!

Thanks for listening to my rant. I hope to use this forum a lot and hope to give back as much as I receive.

You might want to try filling those small holes with the sunlight coming through before you get water intrusion in there. A bit of prevention will prevent a major repair later. Use a compound specifically for rvs.
Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the forum.
