Wife and I take ownership of our new trailer tomorrow.
Trailers nick name will be "Escape Pod"!
We are located in Loveland, CO
We’re owners of a 2019 FBRS 21. Hope you’re enjoy yours has much as do ours. Oh, the nickname Traveling Circus. Used to be a circus, for those pulling up a chair to watch the back in show!

I wished I’d gone camping sooner in life.
De-winterized and sanitized it just recently and when I got stuck this forum and the "Forest Rivers Owner Group" on FB were a huge help. Living in Colorado and camping season just getting started we have yet to get it out.
So it has been just sitting in the weather. I go out about once a month (weather permitting) put out the slide and awning to do a walk around outside checking tires, batteries etc. Do visual inspection inside as well as open up the vents to air it out. With the front vent and bathroom vent (on high) open along with the door the trailer cools downs quite nicely. Final thing I do is climb up the ladder and do a visual of the roof.
With the stay at home order the above keeps me busy (keep my sanity) and allows me to sit and ponder what and how we load for our first camping trip in it. I know it is probably not what you were hoping for but these are our times.
With the impact of COVID-19 we are trying to stay optimistic that it will be safe for Memorial Day weekend.
