I think we have a lemon. We bought a new Vibe and have had nothing but problems. We are now waiting (for over a month) to get warranty approved for a new Ever Chill (aka Never Chill) refrigerator. They won’t replace the fridge until they get the warranty approved. What the heck, we bought it end of January. Shouldn’t have to wait for warranty😡😡😡. We will never buy another Forest River.

Are you saying that the dealer says they won't do the work until FR approves it?
Have you contacted FR directly?
The fridge has its own separate warranty. Have you contacted the fridge manufacturer?
