2nd time newbies

Hello fellow RV'ers!

After a surprise baby (#4) a few years back, we sold the F350 and Cascade 27'.

We have recently purchased a 2018 GMC 3500 and ordered a 2021 Wildwood 33TS that is currently being manufactured. Good size family RV at a very reasonable price.

We are currently planning two outings:

1. South Dakota (Mt. Rushmore, Black Hills, etc.) to pickup the R.V. when it's completed late in September.

2. Two week trip in November, leaving WA state and heading South to Death Valley (via Sunriver Oregon and Lake Tahoe stay-overs), then Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Arches, etc. Still working out the details.

We are excited to be back in the game and we look forward to many family memories in the upcoming few years while all four kids are still living at home (ages 15 down to 2).

That's an excellent trailer for your family. Lots of room and beds.
Congratulations on your new rig and welcome back to the rving community.

Hi and Welcome to FRF, from Camano Island!
The DW's sister had lived in Winthrop for many years and still owns a store downtown.

thanks, all, for the replies. We are looking forward to getting back into the lifestyle. We live in a rural area with a beautiful river running by the house--but we are excited to see more of the beautiful country we live in.

Also, nice to see a fellow WA resident here, with ties to Winthrop

Welcome from Spokane

Welcome from just down the road.

Great choices for your trips, we are doing Mt. Rushmore/Deadwood and more in Sept too. Originally scheduled for May-June but postponed due to Covid. We did the Grand Canyon, Arches, Canyon Lands, Bryce, Zion etc last year in just a car trip and loved it.

Enjoy that new RV and those awesome planned trips.
