Any feedback on a 2015 Forest River Surveyor 220RBS please

Hello everyone, my wife and I are considering a gently used 2015 Forest River Surveyor 220rbs. I would welcome any ideas on questions to ask AND your opinion of this particular model. This is new to me.

Its being offered at a local dealer here in Bend, Oregon.
