Hi Jeff and Virginia,
Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new TT. My wife and I just traded our Jayco in for the Tracer 2670. Won't pick it up for a few weeks so we are patiently waiting for our maiden voyage.

Hello, My wife (Tami) and I (Steven) are also new to RV ing. we just purchased a Surveyor 191t. Went straight from the RV dealer to Cherry Creek State Park in Aurora, CO. and stayed a couple of nights....this could be fun! we were devoted tent campers before this but age and Grandchildren dictated our move to RV's. Where do y'all get the little maps of the USA to show where you have camped??

Just joined
Hello all we (Dave and Katie) just joined the forum too. We brought home our new 2011 Surveyor 302sv last weekend. Our first trip of the season will be at Cherry Creek State Park in Colorado in April. This is our third camper. We are so excited to camp in it we are actually considering sleeping in it this weekend if the weather warms up. We went from the 70s to below zero in 2 days. Come on camping weather!!

Jeff and Virginia,
Congrats on the new trailer! As this is your first travel trailer, you might want to spend some time in the Towing, Hitches & Toads section of the forum...lots of good info on towing that new TT!

Of course, just remember,

Thanks to all of you who have replied. I can see that this sight will be fun and very informative. already have had some good advice and freindly hellos. not sure how much we canhelp others but I am sure we will help with whatever we can. looking forward to haveing a lot of fun here and on the road. lets all hope pucksatawnee phil (ground hog) is right about an early spring. but I have my doubts. An old wise tail I remember hearing said" thunder in january means frost in april " that only applies to the deep south I believe. ( I am orig. from alabama ) so take it for what its worth. I think that advise and a dollar might get you a cup of coffee. but not at that starbucks place! anyway again thanks to all who have replied and happy trails!
