Comin' in Hot from Florida

When flying into the driveway at a fast pace, so we could zip in and zip out, my father would yell "comin' in hot". Well, hopefully I won't be zipping out, but I'm definitely zipping in.
My name is Rob and I live in the Orlando, FL area. My wife and I are 43 years old and we are working on potentially purchasing our first MH. We have a 16 year old that will go with us on occasion but she will be going off to college in a couple years. We've had 2 travel trailers and it's been roughly 5 years since we have owned an RV.

I'm hoping to get some good information here that will help kick us over the edge and finalize our decision.

I will be posting a new thread or 2 to see if I can get help from others who have gone through what we are now.

Welcome Rob, you will have fun looking for a MH. We got our Georgetown 378 XL a few months ago and we are living out of it full time. We love it, in Myrtle Beach now, then off to Winter Haven Florida until April, then back to PA for a few months and then do it over again. There are ton of nice models out there, I would suggest buying one at a show, better prices. Tampa has theirs in January. Lazy Days in Florida is also a good place to look. Have fun, be in Florida in January, can't wait.
