Welcome to FRF

It would help if you posted what brands those two models are, since FR makes about 100 different brands.

Welcome!!
We just brought home a Georgetown but we opted for the bunkhouse model and haven’t taken it out yet.
Spend time in each model and see if it works for you. Is the tv in the right spot for you? Is the kitchen gonna work for you? Is the sofa and dinette in the right area? Some are across so you can entertain and talk to guest or are they side by side and open up the space?
Have shopping!!

You are right about the placement of the dinette and the couch on the 315R. DW wants the counter space. Also, the TV is in an awkward stop being block by anybody that is cooking. However, I have a screaming deal on it if I want it.

I wanted the counter space too and I’ll just get used to the tv over the sink.

Ya, I think that will be us too. It also avoids the "split" of the conversation pit made up by the captains chairs that exists on the 315L
