Day 5 of full-timing

Hey all I just picked up a 2021 palomino puma unleashed 383ss and I'm already feeling right at home. Minus the tiny mistake of deciding to set up my solar system in Ohio instead of going south first. Who knew that driving this thing would be so easy?! Anyways now I'm waiting for my panels and getting to know my rig before heading out. Luckily it's got the "extended season" package. I don't think that was intended for the single digits and days it doesn't go above freezing. lol It's all good. I have a sense of humor with my adventure side and Walmart provided the long underwear. My beer has never been colder.

You can call me Kat. Back in October I decided it was time to change my lifestyle. I owned and operated a small homestead where I grew groceries and cooked food for a couple dozen happy folk in NW Oregon. With covid came the end of my business and I just didn't have the fight to keep guessing through another questionable year again so I signed the closing papers on my home. I put my oldest into an apartment while she's going to University and my youngest and I thought some traveling would be an awesome change of pace. So here we are. And loving it.

I'm looking forward to our months to come, make some friends and just enjoy the new found freedom that comes with RVing full time. Oh and I will definitely have a ton of questions along the way.

I was from the EAST side and went full timing 5 years ago. Covid created a different mindset this past year, but just another bump in the road. Have a blast, enjoy the journey and maybe see you on the road.

WOW, from Oregon and you're getting your rig in Ohio (unless I'm not reading your post right).

You mentioned having a "youngest". We found an exceptional traveling community with Fulltime Families. We made so many friends on the road in our 5 years of traveling.
