F37 5th wheel Toyhauler

Hi from Canada,
Been camping for many years, at first in South Africa where we moved from 11 years ago. Camping here is different. We've owned a F37 for a few years now and we love it. Towing is always a fun event, 14000lbs is a heavy.
We made a few changes to the lodge, oh and let me introduce the "Makulu Lodge" (Makulu is a Zulu word for "Big / large" Mother) and the luxury in the 5th wheel qualifies it as a Lodge.
We are a family of 5 so the space in the lodge is great, especially if we do winter / snow camping spending more time inside.
Any other South Africans out there?
Any ways, that's it for us.
Happy camping all,
Willie.

Welcome from another Canadian with a toy box. Ain't towing heavy fun?? I have snuck into BC a few times pulling the Jeep behind and haven't been botherd to much, but mostly stay in Crowsnest pass and quad there. If you ever see the rig, stop by for an adult beverage.

Wow

Hi, now that's a truck....!
My thoughts, if you are not towing on the limit, you're wasting power. In fact I am slightly over on my 2500 Cummins, but then again I made a few changes to compensate.
I will definitely remember the rig, I am very familiar with the beverage you are referring to.
Cheers

Not quite towing at the limit. I am good for 80,000 MCGVW, truck is good for 33,000 GVW and trailer isgood for 18,000 axles and 4000 on the pin. All up with the Jeep on and 400 gal water and 50 gal gas in fuel station and 200 gal diesel I am only 46000 and change, so I have a ways to go to 80,000
