First Time Camper Owner

Just ordered my first camper, Forest River Wolf PUP 18TO Superslide. We are going to pick it up Friday 6/17/16. Im so excited. What are some great tips for first time RV Owner & what are some supplies that I need to get. We will be camping with all weekend after picking it up. Also we have a 7 months old baby boy, any tips about camping with a baby & what you use as a bed.

thanks Julian

Welcome from Wisconsin and congrats on your new camper. Supplied needed include fresh water hose, good quality sewer hose, water pressure regulator, black tank treatment, 30 AMP extension cord, disposable gloves, extra fuses, wheel chocks, couple PT 2X6's to level camper side to side, level, and at some point you might want to consider a surge protector from Progressive Industries. If your camper doesn't have an on board water filter get a blue torpedo water filter from WalMart. A roof top vent cover will let you keep the vent open in the rain. Others will chime in to add to the list. Another thing needed is a sense of humor.

Congrats fm TN!!! During delivery, ensure the inspection is done on your timeline - do not allow them to rush you. Have a notepad and pencil and take good notes. Enjoy!

Take pen and paper with you to make notes of future needs while you're camping. You will think of things important to you. Plan easy meals at first so you can enjoy the experience and not spend a lot of time on cooking and cleaning. We like one bag skillet meals, they are quick, easy and filling.

Congrats on your new trailer, and I agree take notes of stuff you wish you had when you are actually camping.
