first time camper owner ready to learn

We just purchased a 2019 roo 235s . I've only ever owned pop-ups so this is exciting and terrifying at the same time. I'm thrilled that this forum exists, I've read some posts while researching for our new camper and was impressed with the amount of support shown in this forum. So now I have the camper and I've joined the forum, ill have ALOT of questions hope you guys don't mind.

Welcome from the countryside between Dallas, Texas and the Okie state line.

Welcome!

Questions welcome. There is also a 'search' function at the top that might find you the answers you seek.

Welcome from SoCal! I too found this site really helpful back when I was a new owner. Actually I still do because I’m not technical and it’s been a long while since I was out camping.

Questions are welcome - ask away.

Welcome. You've come to the right place for answers. Just ask, and you'll get what you need eventually. What part of the country do you hail as home?

Again, welcome, and hope to see you down the road.

(Question for moderators...just curious. How come his posts show as "0", when he has obviously posted at least once?!!?)

Here's the best moderator answer I can give: "who knows?" Every once in a while the post count goes whack. Some have opined that it has to do with database restores. Moderators didn't write the software... so we can remove vulgar words and move technical threads out of "Forum Admin, etc." sub-forum but, afaik, we don't know why the post count gets off. I've seen 0 posts for a member that has about 8 recent posts.

Welcome from Northern New Jersey. I also moved from a popup to the 2020 Rockwood Roo 235S in September and the first thing I noticed was the space I now have compaired to the Popup. Used it for 20 days of camping before winterizing but have done several camp driveways. Have a trip planned in 2 weeks to Promise Land State Park Pa. and I am counting the days. I also found tons of useful info on this site. Good luck and Happy Camping.

Welcome from Illinois. We moved from a pop up into the 23SS. Absolutely love the floor space inside. Wife loves the bathroom and shower also.
This is a great place to ask and get answers to your questions. Enjoy and get camping.

Thanks for the warm welcome

I appreciate all the posts! So we live in se mich and my tow vehicle is a gems sierra1500. I haven’t had the chance to camp in the driveway or even have it open since we picked it up due to winter. I am absolutely itching for the season to change and enjoy the 235s! Thanks again all
