Hi and welcome to FRF, from a former Cloverdale resident.
Best RV has tons of negative reviews. We knew that when we went there shopping but decided to give them a chance. They definitely lived up to their horrible reputation.
I always warn those looking to buy there but they have to ask here first.
Over the past 14 years that I've owned two FR brand products and always had good experiences when contacting each divisions tech support staff.
BUT I agree that you should NEVER go back to Best RV.
By the way, FR found us local dealers willing to do warranty work, even though we didn't buy from them. Or you can use an independent RV shop or mobile RV tech. You just have to get pre-approval from FR and be willing be willing to be reimbursed.
