Forest River Cedar Lap Cabin Question

Hello Everyone,

This appears to be an extremely friendly and useful forum. I'm hoping someone can answer my question.

I am looking for an approx. value of my 2005 Forest River ND-38 Cedar Lap Cabin. I am considering selling it to a neighbor and I am not having much luck finding values.

It has a center loft with the stairway against the wall, cathedral ceilings in living room and bedroom and if rating it's condition, it would be a 4 of 5.

It hasn't been moved since it's delivery, has been kept up well and is still a great place! It is located near Ely, Mn.

Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated!

Welcome to the forum. Have you checked on Craigslist? I've noticed a couple park models 4 sale in Wisconsin but not your specific model. Although some wouldn't consider yours technically as an RV there have been more RV listings on CL now that we're getting closer to spring. It's worth a try.
