Big shout out to my boys over at Fort Ball RV in Tiffin. Just towed home my 23lb Microlite, they were great from start to finish. No pressure sales, no trying to make cash off of accessories. They just told me how they do things and kept their word. They installed my brake controller, walked me through the hitch set up and tested it to keep me safe as well as taking the time to show me everything and answering all my questions. They are a class act to work with, very enjoyable experience
