Future Evo T1850 owner

Hi all. Looking to purchase a 2021 EVO T1850. Will be towing with a 2014 F150 3.6L Ecoboost, 3.55 Axle. This trailer is on the heavier side of what I wanted, but the layout is perfect. Can anyone tell me how close to accurate the UVW is for these trailers? Specs list at 4,935lb. Figure I'll have 1k +/- of gear, so 5,935 GVRW. That is pushing the limit of my 7300LB rating for the truck. I am hoping that the factory roll off weight will be less than the listed 4,935....

Since you appear to be a RV newbie, you're making the #1 newbie mistake by believing fictional dry weights.
NO trailer weighs less than its website/brochure dry weight. In fact, they nearly always weigh more than that fictional number. This is because that number doesn't include battery weights nor factory options weights.
And second, the fictional dry tongue weight will be more also.

I have a TT with a similar fantasy dry tongue weight. When loaded for camping, it jumps up to over 800lbs.

You need to post what your F150's payload capacity is. It's listed on the driver's door yellow Tires and Loading sticker. It'll say "Occupants and cargo should not exceed xxxxlbs". My 2014 F150 SCREW 3.5 Ecoboost XLT has 1828lbs of payload capacity.

What does your trailer door sticker say vs the brochure spec? I know that the door sticker number does not include batteries or propane tanks, but the one we looked at Saturday was 500lbs less than that the brochure said it would be.

Well, 1380lbs isn't great but I think you will be fine if you pack lighter. I see you also have a Canadian F150 like mine. It's a XTR, which is the Canadian version of the XLT.
I'll check out my TT's sticker weight but sometimes it's on the door and my whole door assembly was replaced under warranty.

We love the truck! Fx4 3.4L Ecoboost. 3.55 axles. It’s done everything we’ve asked from it, now just to make sure I don’t overload it with a trailer.
