Got my toy hauler finally

Hello cyber folks,

Been pulling a 21ft older camper for a few years now and just upgraded to a 25' Forest River XLR lite toy hauler. I absolutely love the layout of the kitchen and extra room on the bathroom, also more spacious than our previous. The girlfriend didnt like that that it had no slide out and the bedroom portion was not sectioned off but she agreed due to the deal and the shape it was in. I got it off a friend who reinforced the rear door and flooring under where you strap down everything. I am afraid Im going to have to upgrade my truck especially for mountain trips when its loaded down.

I am having an issue figuring how to hook up a WD hitch setup. I used on my last rig and have all the parts but the kitchen on this V-model camper extends out all the way to the ball hitch and there is no way for me to get my chains on and lever them up to tighten.

Any suggestions??

I always wondered how that worked for those trailers. I'm sure there's a way, though. Hopefully someone comes along and see this...
