What area are you from? Is this your first camping equipment or just your first FR product? There is a LOT of expertise on this site, use it to your advantage. I already have.

Hi, we are in CA right now and getting ready to head to east coast for at least the summer. This is our first RV, but we have been "campers" our whole lives. Very excited to get on the road and enjoy the opportunity!

tnbender, I'm so jealous. We will be going on our shakedown cruise (NTU 2007 Rockwood Roo 232) this weekend and might have to wear winter jackets after sundown. It's 38 degrees as I write this. At least the days will be warm.

tnbender, have a safe trip out to the right coast! Ask away when something crops up. Take along some tools for minor repairs like door hindges or loose sink traps etc. Things will happen travelling that distance.

Kate, we live little further north and just spent last weekend with 32 degrees and fog. Any say away camping is good in my world!

B and B, Niagra Falls is about half way between your place and ours (if your personal info location is correct). We are about a mile south of the shore of Lake Ontario. Our weather is much more like Toronto than NYC or Southern Tier. And your right, I'd rather be camping!
