Wife and I just purchased our first travel trailer in December It's a 2020 Cherokee Wolf Pup 16fq that looks like it's never been used.
I'm getting ready to retire and plan on some traveling. We have pulled her twice on boondocking treks in Inverness, Florida, a couple hours from home and am pulling it with a 2020 Telluride and 2015 Suburban. I like how the Telly tows it as feels like a firmer pull.
Anyway, we look forward to discussing some RVing with ya'll.

Sounds rather depressing to me lol. Our low was 50 which is low for us. We did have frost Sunday night but got up to 65 on Monday. Got a cold front moving in again so a chilly wet week in store for us.

as for prior to leaving home, make a list. food for time your be away, pans to cook it, seasonings, oils, on my trip would of loved to have french toast, but didn't have the maple syrup. All the things that you may/may not need. i took can coffee. turn out i needed just a little bit more.

My wife has us fully stocked and we've been on a couple 4 day boondocking trips to Inverness and everything is working well for us so far. Coffee? I make sure I have plenty...lol. Ex Tin can sailor and live off black coffee. Bought a great grill for camp fire cooking and my 12 cup percolator Hangs on it all day.
Yea you do gotta love it!
We're heading out on Thursday for another 4 days of boondocking...gonna be a chilly stay but smiling at the thought of quiet!
