Greetings from Houston, TX 2013 W/P 44 RLS
Hello all.
I built my first RV from an empty shell of a 40' Vintage Race Car Hauler. It was nice to have the full size shower and other home sized items. I sold it when I moved to Houston because I didn't want to pay to store it. This past weekend I found this 2013 Forest River Work & Play 44 RLS in Missouri. The previous owner was side swiped and the insurance company totaled it. The people I bought it from fixed the side and I bought it for 1/2 price. This is not a standard RV with a wood structure. It's steel. The damage was cosmetic and to the axles. It tows true and doesn't leak. This is a specialty trailer and not something the regular RV'er would purchase. I needed something to haul a vehicle and this thing is rated for an extra 8,400 or so pounds of cargo. My wish list for it? I wish it had auto leveling. If Forest River returns to building this model in the future, I have many suggestions to make it better.
