Welcome to the forum. If you can supply a picture of what you have existing now, we should be able to get a solution regardless of the exact model. The plumbing of the waste tanks is fairly simple in design.

The gray water outlet is on the passenger side .Its broken off but what i cant figure out is that if i fix it the tail pipe is in the way which means i have to go over it or under it which really either way will restrict the flow

Dave, Welcome to the forum and congrats on new RV. I grew up in Largo Fl. Close to 688 and Indian Rocks road area. Miss the beaches but not the traffic.

Welcome from Tennessee. If you can't post a pic of the damage, keep in mind that most waste water pipes are common thin wall PVC fittings available at Lowe's / Home Depot. Hacksaw a small 1" section from your rig, sketch a diagram on paper and spend some time in the isles at the home improvement store. PVC cleaner & glue, sandpaper and maybe some spray paint along with your new pipe, angle fitting and union. Lots of U-Tube videos on PVC methods. Good luck. Send us a picture of the finished project.
