Greetings from Oregon

Hello, all and good to be here

I have recently purchased a 2011 Forest River Surveyor SP210, Arctic Package. This is my future home - I will not be traveling in it. I'll be living in either Eastern Oregon or possibly the Buffalo/Sheridan, Wyoming area. I want to be near a good VA Medical Center and have read great reviews about the one in Sheridan. I made it through a winter of -20F in a 1977 Komfort 5th wheel and survived (though the 5th wheel didn't) so I figure I should do all right in the Surveyor, with additional winterization methods of course. If not - well, I will have given it a try.

I will be posting a question in the Surveyor section of the forums.

Welcome from Bow WA. We too have the Arctic Package Surveyor. One thing we did for the winter months was to cut an opening in the bedroom wall to allow warm air to get to the water pump. We could, but did not put insulation around the pump compartment.
