Greetings from Southeastern Idaho

Hello to our fellow rvers. Bill and I have lived in our '09 27ft Puma off and on for three yrs now. We came from Illinois and spent the summer touring Idaho and decided to experience an Idaho winter to find out what we could tolerate in terms of cold. Next spring we are going back to Walcott, IA and buy our next home a Flagstaff V-Lite 30WTBS. Is there anything special we need to know about our next home. We tried Missouri and Texas winters and didnt care for that so now its Idaho. We have learned alot about setting up for the winter in a trailer that was not designed for cold weather. Linda

IMHO, i don't think any of FR's products are truly 4-season.
you need something like Arctic Fox or similar true 4-season RVs, to winter in Idaho.

Welcome to the forum!

I don't know what you did not like about the winters in Missouri and Texas, but if it was the weather, then "you ain't seen nothing yet" if you are going to winter in Idaho.

I hope all goes well for you.
