hard decisions

i camped as a child with g/parents. rented twice since then. have been going to camper shows for about 8 years. started really shopping 3-4 weeks ago. narrowed my choice to (2) 08 jayco 311 or 09 rockwood 8313. jayco had alot of problems so i put a deposit on the rockwood. pulling trailer with 07 chevy 3/4 suburban LTZ. having weight dist. and sway kit installed. anything else or ideas. am i on the right track.

will mostly be using trailer in NJ, PA, NY, Nh and occasionally Disney

Great choice as far as tow vehicle. Camping friends of ours have a Jayco and they fell it is the best on the market. Every now and then they slip and mention a few of there issues that they are having, I just smile and continue on. All campers have issues and if you are handy it helps after the warranties are up. By the way this is a great forum to get all the info you need, ever one will go out of there way to help. Happy camping and good luck

Took delivery of our Rockwood July 5th and the only problems we've had were either trivial or self inflicted. You'll like the quality of the Rockwood just fine.
