Hello all camping/RVers we are from Wisconsin
We have been camping in one form or another since 1999.
We have gone from tent to pop-up to tt's
We have traveled to the grand canyon and back and to upstate new York on lake Ontario and back with places in between.
We have learned as we went with , how to pack, what to pack etc.
We always find something new to learn and that is what brought us here.
I have made a few posts and have quickly learned the lay of the land.
I have also learned a very long time ago from a very intelligent man who happened to be a plant manager where I worked for 20 years.
When an issue arose his first question was" How can we correct this?
I also worked for a plant manger who always asked: Who's fault is this?

Just take a guess who I respect the most.

happy camping/RVing people ,safely please

The manager who asks 'how can we correct this problem' will get the immediate problem solved.

The manager who asks 'who's fault is this' may find a worker who needs further training or help to do the job correctly.

A manager needs to ask 'what (no who) caused the problem and how do we correct the problem.
