Have you ever been to England? I have and drove around England for 2 weeks. Their freeways are way nicer than ours. Sure there are real narrow roads but I found that was mainly in villages and cities. Drove a narrow rural one lane road with 6ft walls on each side, for about 5 miles. The DW was terrified.
