Hello & Goodbye

Due to an incompatibility issue between Our SUV and the GeoPro, the deal was cancelled. Fine print on a safety sticker on the receiver indicated ball size could not exceed 2". The GeoPro hitch uses a 2 5/16" ball (and is huge).

Staff at RV One was helpful in explaining issue.

Staff at RV One not helpful on $1K deposit. Said it could take 30 days for refund to process.

I think we'll get a boat.

That sucks. I know a little bit how you feel. I could have sworn I had a 2 1/2" receiver on my Yukon Denali so I ordered the Andersen Weight Distribution Hitch with the 2 1/2" shank. It arrives - nope. 2" receiver. I purchased the 2" shank and just ate the cost because I didn't want to deal with having to package the 2 1/2" shank and pay for return shipping.

That's terrible.
Feel free to hang out here and maybe you'll end up with another rig sometime soon.
