Hello everyone

The landing gear for the front legs of my 2021 Wolfpack 365pack16 stopped working at a camping site. The motor appears to be blown ALREADY to our dismay. Why does this model not come with 2 motors given the weight? How long does it take for the warranty to approve the repair?

How did you determine that the motor was bad?
The landing gear should have a 12 volt resettable breaker near the battery or the motor, check it to be sure it isn't tripped if you haven't already.
It could also be the switch that's the problem.

Warranty approval can take anywhere from a few hours to many days, depends on how it's handled. One thing you can do is call Cherokee and give them a heads up about what's happening. Also they need to know if you're going to be using a mobile service.

Welcome to the forum, I see it is your 1st post.

I'll also ask exactly how you know the motor is "blown"?

You said it 'appears' to be blown. That's a statement made when one really doesn't know and is just guessing. Have you checked the 12v electrical circuitry with a multimeter?

Who is doing the warranty work?
Have they contacted the factory?
Many dealers will blame their inability to work on a R/V and getting parts on the factory when they either haven't even looked at it or ordered the parts.

The way the landing gear in many 5th wheels is engineered, with gears at the tops of each jack connected by a common drive shaft, there is no need for two motors. If you have an electric, independent level-up system, then each jack has its own motor.
