Hello Everyone

I just joined the forum after finding a low mileage 2019 Forester. I did research for the purchase here and learned a lot, thanks. Since I am new to RV life (life long camper however) I’ll have a question from time to time, no doubt.
Thanks in advance for sharing your expertise!
Regards,
Doug

Hi and Welcome to FRF.
Also thank you for your service.
What military planes did you fly(just got back from the Blue Angels air show, at NAF El Centro).

There was an A-10 flying at the air show. One of my top 10 favorite planes. One of my best friends flew F-4s and F-15s.

I find it quite lovely for the job it was designed to do.
They are like a cockroach, they keep trying to get rid of them but they just keep doing the job better.

All good stuff….

I’m still learning all the “knobs & switches” on the site so pardon me if I have a misstep or two

Thanks for the comments. Was fortunate to serve and to fly what I did.
About the Warthog…we used to say it’s ugly but at least it’s slow….
does a great job delivering all that ordnance it carries.

As a retired veteran myself I was so disappointed when the Myrtle Beach Air Force base closed. I loved seeing those Warthogs flying up and down the coast down there.
