Hello everyone, Nacho here. Actually my real name is Paul but call me Nacho. This is my first post and honestly this might be a God Send for me. You see, I bought an FR3 out of impulse due to my previous living condition, my military retirement, my ability to telework at my current job. I'm a survivalist and love the outdoors and fixing stuff. This whole RV life is cool but there are certainly drawbacks in the 7 months I have been doing this. Power and heat are one of them. I'm stuck in this RV until I can actually get out of it but until then..LETS RIDE...lol and yes Im a Denver Broncos fan.
Welcome to the zoo. You will find almost every type of person here. Most are very helpful but due to your military background, you will also know how to filter out the other types.
If you have questions, ask away.
Welcome to the forum and thank you for your service.
Power and heat needs (both hot and cold weather) are the main problems if you boondock. Many are going to solar, but that's expensive and working from an rv can be challenging. Hopefully you'll find solutions that won't make you feel 'stuck.
In the meantime, you can pose questions and problems here and possibly help others with solutions.
