Hello Forum

Well hoping winter is over enough so we can pickup our new Sabre 34TBOK-6 with our 06 3/4 SWD ton Duramax early next month.

Had towed for 2 decades a 30' TT with a 1/2 ton Suburbanwith no major problem a decade ago. Got too busy to camp so sold the TT. Have retired and looking forward to camping again and traveling.

Hoping that my current TV will get me by until this unit is paid for, auto dealer told me I should not have any problem, and RV dealer said I needed to step down to this size or smaller. So if needed upgrade to something bigger later if needed. Have added Airlift bags to help with any sag.

Thanks in advance with any advice or info.

Welcome to the Forum, congrats on your new rig, and most of all, welcome back to the RV family!!

Now, since you are retired, you need to consider coming to the FROG (Forest River Owners Group) International Rally in Goshen IL this Aug!

Hello from Illinois

Just wanted to say Hi! I joined last May after I purchased a 2004 Surveyor sv260. I am recently retired but the little lady is still working. I haven't camped in a while although I have camped thru most of my life, my wife has only camped a few times. We did get out once last fall to Ky. Lake and had a nice time. Looking forward to good times

When is the rally..... I am busy doing my seasonal jobs of working at fairs serving up Italian sausage sandwiches in Ohio and in Indiana at the Street fair.

Thanks everyone,
Now after reading some from this forum that my truck may not handle this size unit.....We were looking at the 36TBOK so to lighten up we went with the 34TBOK that was our second choice.
