Hello from AZ
Hello everyone, we just upgraded our HW276 to the Roo23ikss. Loving all the storage. Did love the HW but decided to go with something a little easier to setup, after having a BKA last year. Enjoy reading everyone's tips and tricks on the forum. Already have a good 800+ miles of towing it behind the truck as we ended up driving to CO to purchase it. Apparently in AZ we don't have end of season sales and found it 10k cheaper in CO. Worth the drive. Already have a trip planned this weekend at one of the local lakes.

Welcome to the Roo Kroo!
Be sure to get some Popup Gizmos and Reflectix for the tent ends.

Thanks, that was pretty much the first thing my wife had me order, cutting the reflection to fit now. Still have to look into the popup gizmos

PUGs will do more than Reflectix. You can use the generic 5x7 sportsmen/all-weather blankets that sell for around $14 each.
But you'll have to splice two of them for the front tent end.
PUGs make custom-fitted covers for each hybrid model and their High Wind covers are well designed for windy areas.
And they have top notch customer service.

Thanks for the info. Definitely will be looking into them. I don't think we have done any camping in windy areas yet, but I do like how the high wind models secure. We tend to camp mostly National parks and up North during AZ mild summers [emoji1]. Our HW had AC but never used it. Did use the furnace on multiple occasions though. Understanding that the PUGs help with both situations seems like a must have.

PUGs probably have a satisfaction level of over 95%.
